Pranav, Ashwin,
From past experience of similar events we would need to start registration at 7 am and
have 5 to 6 counters for registration.
There will be a huge rush between 8 and 8 30 am.
mailers will need to be sent to participants hat they will need to be seated by 8:15 and
that reign will take 30 mins.
We will need to go over the specifics of arrangements in detail.
Regards
Arun

If Jimbo is going to speak to everyone at 0830 hours, you probably want everybody seated
by 0815hours. The registration team will not be able to handle 700 registrations in forty
five minutes, assuming people turn up at 0730 hours. We need to make provision so that
registration does not become a barrier to Jimbo's speech which most people will
certainly miss if it is compulsory to get past the main door.
Warm regards,
Ashwin Baindur
