Saturday is good but people who work 6 days a week or those who have school on Saturdays may not be able to make it.

Yes,a Saturday is the most preferable day of week. Regarding Nerul, i think lets see, how everything goes right now? Since all other meetups were held in Central and western line, we can try this one somewhere else, whatsayy?(Just a thought). We need more people's opinion so that we can gauge preferences!!
When normally asked to other regarding the venue, many prefer to say Dadar or Bandra. We are not having a month meet up, its sometimes Bi-monthly, and probably after long days, Mumbai community is coming up with an editing session. Will be great if anyone can find a noiseless and spacious venue in the central or western line, otherwise, with no option, we have to go on with the resources we have.
Nerul is far away from many, and keeping in mind that Sunday is always a problem in Harbour line, Saturday is what should be aimed at. Neither the venue, not the date has been fixed. We are just considering all the places we can have a meet-up. In an another set of mail, we may discuss over other's preferences with the available option, and will confirm then. Sounds good?

Hi I think Nerul is very far away. In past we have arranged all the meets up in central mumbai so all can reach there and Nerul on sunday is very difficult because of Mega block

Dear All
Hope all would have a lazy and peaceful Sunday!
@Nikita - I can bring a DataCard. No issues for the same.
at Cafes - Early afternoon slots at atround 12-30 -1pm ifpossible to arrange a meet; would do us fine without crowds
Its a lazy time for all on Sunday, and we can consider that time. However, Sunday's are normally problematic owing to Mega Block mostly on Central line, and that most of the people are from that area. In that case, everyone will prefer Saturday.
For Class-rooms, I could try to get in touch with my alma mater and get some help maybe for free.. My College: RAIT, D.Y.Patil University Campus, Nerul, Navi Mumbai
I would need around 10 days time to get things sorted.
I appreciate your willingness to talk to your college authorities, applauses for you :) Is it possible for you to confirm by this weekend, or atleast you can inform us if they will be willing to allow us. You need not worry, we are trying to find different better places. However, classrooms are the much convenient one as they will be noiseless and will be spacious too. DY Patil sounds very much cool, however Sunday's are again a problem in Harbour line. May be you can try, and update us constantly.
Thanks again Manan.
Let me your views on the same.

Adding, the bills relate to only technical expenses like such for
Wifi.

I just spoke to someone from the chapter, and they are willing to
repay
the bills to us, but considering we cant bill them a heavy amount,
being a
NPO.
