The election of the Board of Directors will take place at the Annual Membership Meeting on The election shall fill up to three seats on the Board of Directors for a three year term. No, it does not mean that Saturday's meeting is cancelled. It is still going on; I hope to talk about a few pertinent things there, but we the scheduling of the general membership meeting was done through Doodle & we will have conferencing available for that meeting, but not on Saturday.

There will be WiFi & I recently purchased a Jabra conferencing speaker. May we use your Zoom for the meeting? That would save us from having to subscribe to Zoom, which we typically only use once a year.

is not required to participate in most public activities; however, only members elect the Board of Directors and have certain privileges. The

for membership are **$5** for a calendar year. Information will follow about how to join and pay.
The election of the Board of Directors will take place at the Annual Membership Meeting on The election shall fill up to three
seats
