Cascadians --
Wanted to check in about participation in the UW-Bothell Editing as Activism events:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/Seattle/Editing_as_Activism
Please RSVP if you can attend! There will be food and drinks both days! :)
If you can only attend one day, it would be especially great to have experienced editors at the Edit-a-thon on Wednesday at the Common Grounds Cafe. Parking is easy in the South Garage. I've included all parking details on our event page.
**Materials inquiry**
My supply of "Editing Wikipedia" pamphlets is very low. I've got about five pamphlets. Anyone have any to share? I would love to have a few to pass out.
Or ideas on where to get them quickly?
Thank you! I'm looking forward to seeing (some of) you there.

Hello Monika,
You asked about event handouts.
In the past the Wikimedia store would ship paper handouts on request for events. merchandise@wikimedia.org
Also Wiki Education sometimes did this for events at schools. Ryan McGrady ryan@wikiedu.org I have used this guide and a similar one for medicine. Editing Wikipedia articles on women's studies https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Editing_Wikipedia_articles_on_women%27s_studies.pdf
Previously they have shipped these for free. I cannot say whether either organization is doing this now. Ask and see what they say.
yours,

I have found the printable materials from bookshelf (bookshelf.wikimedia.org) but would love to see about getting nicely printed versions.
