Cascadia is invited to WikiConference North America. https://wikiconference.org/wiki/2018/Main_Page

Presentation submissions and scholarship applications must be in by 15 August.

In previous years the presentation submission process and scholarship selection process have sought geographic diversity so it is likely that if people from Cascadia apply then some few (~60 scholarships for North America?) will be selected.

If there are any hot leads in Cascadia on anyone new who might be interested and who has never attended a wiki event before this conference is a great introduction. I am here to talk publicly in this mailing list or privately on request to anyone with questions about presentations, scholarships, or other aspects of the conference.
