I have other obligations that evening. I think that 15 minutes is too short to do any significant editing tutorials, but we could talk about Wikimedia's readership statistics as a way of encouraging them to add more of their content to Wikipedia. We could do a follow up workshop if they become interested in acquiring the skills to edit Wikipedia themselves, which I hope that they will.
Thanks for taking the lead on this.

I'm going to the Friends of the Ballard Locks meeting 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Warehouse #1 at the Locks on the third Thursday of the month, June 18. I think Brian is coming too, and maybe we should have one more editor come along? Specifically someone who has experience with recruiting and training new editors. It would be good if the Friends of the Locks gave us research help, but even better if we could get some of them to jump in and help editing. So someone who could speak to the group about how to get started editing and become a Wikipedian?
We could bring more people along than this, but we might have some time constraints, depending on how full their agenda is. I said we'd need about 15 minutes to talk, and answer questions.
