[Wikimedia Cascadia] Wikipedia Day @ Ace Hotel in Seattle or Portland?

Hi Cascadians,

We're organizing Wikipedia Day in NYC on January 15 at the Ace Hotel.

And there are discussions to hold a simultaneous London edition at the Ace Hotel there as well.

I've been in touch with the Ace, are there is a possibility they may be able to host in Seattle or Portland as well.

The Portland space is a rather bigger venue (and could be an opportunity for new outreach there), but Seattle is probably closer to your center of gravity. Either might be possible.

Hoping this can be a topic of discussion at the upcoming Cascadia annual meeting!
