If we can agree to a date a month in advance, it wouldn't be hard to get a two-person museum pass from the Seattle Public Library to help with the cost of admission.
I did go to the museum's opening weekend with some friends, and it is well worth a second visit.

Hello,
Thanks to those who expressed interest in a trip to the new Burke Museum. I created a Doodle poll at https://doodle.com/poll/nevisya4nqit2ywp. The Burke's hours are 10 AM to 5 PM every day, so weekday options may be problematic for many of us. I decided to offer options that are during UW's winter break in December. The poll is set to be semi-private so that the names of voters won't be public. Please respond to the poll if you would like to come.
Tickets are normally $22 for adults. There are discounts for students and seniors. UW students, faculty, and staff get free admission.
