Hi all, it was me who wrote Skype however I'm happy to facilitate remote participation in whichever way is least intrusive to conducting the meeting. It looks like there will be more than one remote participant .. so MeetUp would indeed be best. I don't need to facilitate this if someone has experience already, tho I can, but we will need a list of the google handles to send out an invite.

Will we be using Google Hangouts or Skype? I lean towards the former, but at least one person is planning on Skype, as per the last Attendee post at Wikipedia:Meetup/Seattle#Monthly meeting January 13, 2015, 6pm to 10pm https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/Seattle#Monthly_meeting_January_13.2C_2015.2C_6pm_to_10pm. Whatever we are using, I would like to stated it on the Meetup page well in advance.

I spoke with Mako and I can let everyone in to the building on Tuesday!
I
look forward to being at the meeting as non-board member participant. I
am
not sure I can stay for the whole meeting, but hopefully that won't
pose a
problem in terms of building access.
I'm on the hook for the room so it's fine if you leave earlier, Monika. Thanks for letting folks in. I'll get Internet access details to Pine.
Later, Mako
