You say "we all have a meeting planned for Allegro the day afterward," but isn't that supposed to be tonight (the day *before*)? If I am wrong about that, could someone let me know ASAP? As far as I know, we have *always* held those meetings on Tuesdays, and I have another commitment on Thursday.
I plan to be at tonight's meeting, and I think that it is useful that if people want a chance to talk to me about the strategy planning, we get that chance. I cannot make an event Wednesday evening on this short notice. If I'd known even 24 hours ago I could have arranged it, but at this point I have a different commitment, meeting someone downtown around that time. If people want to cancel tonight's meeting and meet tomorrow instead, feel free, but please let me know (by email, before 4PM) not to come tonight and do not expect me to be there tomorrow.

Greetings!
I sent this email a week ago but it appears to have not gone through? I think I may have emailed from the wrong address.
In any case, I know the notice is very short but I wonder if anybody be able to make it to my class on Wednesday?
Details are below.
Regards, Mako
