Let's throw as many ideas out there, see what sticks. Don't show restraint. Over the top ideas can be scaled down to reality.

What special programs would you like to see Wikimedia Canada become involved in? The Germans have funded digitization of historic documents for Wikisource. What could we do? Should we try for partnerships with museums or cultural centres?

Should this mailing list be actively bilingual? Or should we just publish week in reviews in both languages?

While the by-laws will only be in English and French, what languages should Wikimedia Canada promote itself in? Chinese, the third most spoken language? Inuit, the soon to be first non-e/f official provincial language? Every language we find willing volunteers for?
