Thanks Mr. Heilman for the information. However, regarding organizational decisions, more openness is desired. For instance, I strived difficultly to attend some of the meetings. For the latest few ones, I found it impossible to attend the meetings and Skype was made the venue of online meeting possibly out of convenience.
As quoted in previous communications, there could be legitimate reasons for non-Canadians to participate in Wikimedia Canada. However, in my opinion, better serving for Canadian Wikipedian is much needed if these reasons are valid. Meeting with Ms. Gardner's attendance was a step forward.
Just a minor note, I think the signees who did not attend the real life Wikipedian meeting can make an effort to clarify because tracing what has been discussed and who had attended the meeting contributes to the openness of WMCA.
