And anyone want to start a bid for Toronto? Learning from our experience, we need to start a bid page from scratch instead of using older revisions.

Frankly, I am quite occupied with volunteer engagements. What kind of help do you need? I really know nothing of making a bid.

Is it really advisable to have two bids for the same country?

It could work either way, it could show Canada's really, really interested, or that Canada's really, really not cohesive in its bid planning.
Montreal claims to have interest from the federal, provincial, and municipal governments for funding it. If this is indeed true, and the Montreal team has legitimately got preliminary interest, I say that's an immediate sign they should run the show, as opposed to Toronto. Toronto's never got anything more than a letter from Mayor Miller and a local MPP, in support, never "we'll give you cash".
Can someone from the Montreal team give a bit more detail to this regard, the funding?
