Indeed, I think that something like this should be happening in every locus that is likely to have someone going to Toronto. Penciling in a February national meeting in Toronto gives every community the entire fall for having a get together. An important point to be discussed at these meetings isjust what WMC would be doing once it's organized.

I don't see the by-laws as a big sticking point. I know that you, Jeff, and I have spent a considerable amount of time on these. The results have been reasonable even if we don't agree on every point. What's really missing is a decision making mechanism where we can all feel confident that we have general agreement on something. Hopefully, a national meeting will deal with that.
