Thank you all for your patience with my schedule. I've started the process of updating our by-laws at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Canada/Proposed_by-laws and I hope to be finished in a couple weeks, at which point we can have a meeting about them. Feel free to comment about the bylaws in the talk page or edit the bylaws yourself, but if you want to edit the legally mandated sections, be sure that you aren't deleting something required.
