That was just a support letter, a welcome mat, nothing more. I
arranged for that through Tourism Toronto, and other than Miller
signing it (as far as I know, it was his ink on the page), I don't
know if it was even the staff of the mayor office who wrote it, I
believe it was the staff of the tourism department.
