I think there has somewhat misunderstanding. Anyone and any organization
can
arrange program to celebrate the Ten Year Anniversary of Bangla
Wikipedia and for this they may take help from WMBD - I completely have no
disagreement with this. For instance, anyone can arrange and celebrate the
Birth Anniversary of our national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam.
What I meant is that, the program which Wikimedia
Bangladesh is going to
organize, should focus on Bangla Wikipedia and of-course all
other projects
of Wikimedia. There should not be a seminar about Mozilla or Linux. But
of-course Mozilla, Linux and anyone can participate in that program and
celebrate the ten year anniversary of Bangla Wiki. Hope my statement
clarifies now.

My opinion would be, for now, we need to discuss about what (that will
happen in the event) to do in order to achieve what (that will be
considerably significant for the development of the community) and rather
not about who (the entities) considers to do it and when.
And I think we should discuss this in Bangla unless the people involved
can't type in Bangla (like I am typing from phone now).
