ঈদের বন্ধের পর উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের চতুর্থ অনলাইন সভাটি যথানিয়মে আগামী ১ অক্টোবর, বৃহস্পতিবার, বাংলাদেশের সময় রাত ১১:০০টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। গত সভায় যাঁরা অনুপস্থিত ছিলেন, বা গত সভা সম্পর্কে ভালোভাবে জানতে চান, তাঁরা [১] নং লিঙ্কে গিয়ে গত সভার মিটিং লগ দেখে নিতে পারেন। সভায় গৃহীত সিদ্ধান্তুগুলো সেখানে দেওয়া আছে; এবং সিদ্ধন্তগুলো এবং আগামী সভার আলোচ্য বিষয় (agenda) নিয়ে মেইলিং থ্রেডে সবাইকে তাঁদের মূল্যবান মতামত রাখার আহবান। ধন্যবাদ।

সাম্প্রতি বাগেরহাটের জ্ঞান উৎসবে লেমন২৪.কম[০] নামের একটি অনলাইন রেডিও
সংশ্লিষ্টদের সাথে আমার আলোচনা হয়। যেহেতু তাদের অনলাইন রেডিওটি নতুন, তারা
আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে তাদের সাইট বা রেডিওটির প্রচারণা চায়। মৌখিকভাবে আমি তাদের
প্রস্তাব করি যে, বাংলা উইকিপিডিয়া থেকে নিয়মিত তথ্য পড়ে শোনালে, আমরা এ
ব্যাপারে প্রেস রিলিজ, ব্লগ মেইলিং লিস্ট প্রচারণা, গ্লোবাল কমিউনিটিতে এ
খবরটির প্রচারের মাধ্যমে লেমন২৪.কমের প্রচারণা আমরা করতে পারি। এ প্রস্তাবের
প্রেক্ষিতে তারা আমাকে অশ্বাস দেয় আমরা যদি তাদের লেখা পাঠাতে পারি তাহলে তারা
প্রতিদিন ১ মিনিট এ লেখাটি পড়ে শোনাবে। এবং সহসাই তারা এটি শুরু করতে চান।
আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে এখন যা প্রয়োজন তা হল খুব তাড়াতাড়ি আমাদের ভাল নিবন্ধগুলো
থেকে ১ মিনিট সময়ের কাছাকাছি সময়ে পড়া যায় এমন পরিমান লেখার একটি সংকলন তৈরি
করা। লেখাগুলোর মোটামুটি একটি সম্পূর্ণ রকমের গোছানো কাঠামো থাকবে। এর মানে বড়
নিবন্ধকে ছোট করে ১ মিনিটে পড়া যায় এমন আকারে আনা। তবে এর তথ্যগুলো গোছালো এবং
পরিপূর্ণ হতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে রিরাইট প্রযোজ্য। আর খেয়াল রাখতে হবে তথ্যগুলোর
পর্যাপ্ত তথ্যসূত্র আছে। লেখার পরিমাণ অন্তত ৩০টি হলে ভাল হয়, যেন অন্তত ৩০ দিন
পড়া যায়। সংকলিত ফাইলটি .doc ফাইল হতে পারে। আর যদি সম্ভব হয় আমরা সম্ভ্যাব্য
প্রচারণার তারিখও ঠিক করে দিতে পারি।
আমি এর মধ্যে তিনটি নিবন্ধের লেখা একটি .doc ফাইলে সংকলন করেছি। আপনাদের অনুরোধ
করছি এই থ্রেডে এ বিষয়ে আলোচনা করুন এবং এ থ্রেডেই আপনার পছন্দনীয় নিবন্ধের
মিনিট লেখাটি আমাদের প্রেরণ করুন, যাতে সংকলন তৈরি করতে আমাদের সুবিধা হয়।
লেখার সংকলন তৈরির আরও ভাল পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে আপনার ধারণা থাকলে আমাদের জানান।

গত সভার একটি প্রস্তাবনা ছিল, তা হল উইকিপিডিয়ানদের সরাসরি বার্তালাপের জন্য
IRC চ্যানেল ব্যবহার করা। এটির আরও একটি দিক ছিল, তা হল নতুন এবং তুলনামূলক
নতুন ব্যবহারকারীদের সরাসরি পরামর্শ দান। উইকিপিডিয়ানগণ উইকিপিডিয়াতে লগ-ইন
করার সাথে সাথে যদি IRC freenode #wikimedia-bd চ্যানেলে লগ-ইন করে থাকেন তাহলে
খুব সহজেই এ সুবিধা সবাইকে দেওয়া সম্ভব। এতে নতুন ব্যবহারকারীগণ উইকিমিডিয়া
প্রকল্প সম্পর্কে সরাসরি পরামর্শ পেতে পারবেন, তেমনি এক উইকিপিডিয়ান অন্য
উইকিপিডিয়ানের সাথে তাৎক্ষণিক ভাবে এবং সরাসরি যে কোনো বিষয়ে আলোচনা করতে
পারবেন।
এ বিষয়টি সমন্বয় এবং এ প্রক্রিয়া নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনার জন্য উইকিপিডিয়াতে
একটি প্রকল্প পাতা [০] তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এ বিষয়ে আপনাদের সাহায্য, মতামত ও
পরামর্শ কামনা করছি।
