Once selected by the Program Committee, you have at least have an option to present online via video conference or pre-record your presentation. If you are able to attend physically through a scholarship grant, affiliate funded scholarship or registered self funded travel, you are privileged to present in front of our diverse Wikimedia participants from the East, South East Asia and the Pacific region.

Our conference is scheduled on May 2024 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia and conference hours starts from 1:00 UTC and likely finish at 9:00 UTC. Don't miss the chance to present your ideas, advocacies, best practices or stories to us. We encourage submissions relevant to *collaborations or partnerships.*
