May I know why we should use Wikimedia Asia?
I think it would cause confusions to the sponsor if they found a local
chapter exists. Are they talking to Wikimedia [local chapter] or Wikimedia
Asia?

Ted Chien

Thanks Ting to help us!
I agree that we should find some regional sponsors, but we should use
"Wikimedia Asia" this brand before WMF approved?
Thanks

Dear all Asian Chapters:
Although we were having the Asian Chapters Meetup in Berlin, we still did
not find out any plan that can do yet.
For the brand name of Wikimedia Asia, Would Ting help us to ask the approval
of WMF? That we can use the brand name to start doing our project. Thanks
man. :-)
For our first coordination plan, I think at the moment that we can do is
asking for regional sponsorship/donation. We can ask for some regional
companies to sponsor/donate us.
We can discuss it and work out a whole plan for this.

Hi all:
Just wondering shall we have a meet up for Asian Chapters, for those who are
going to Berlin, to get to know each other and discuss about the stuff of
Asia. :p
What kind of meeting would you like? Lunch together? Or going a bar at the
evening?
And also what date you will available? I know ComCom will have a meet up on
Friday evening and somebody may go there (includeed me).
Just let me know if you want to join and i can arrange the time and venue.
:)
