Hi,
I doubt we can reach 100 in a conference given the sparse participation
from Asia. Better we send an open invitation to all interested within the
9000 km radius from Jakarta then we filter the applicants based on their
merits with priority from the ESEAP. Number of foreign participants will be
based on what WMID can accomodate. Then extend the next set of invitation
in lieu to those who backed out and those with visa issues 50 days before
the conference.

According to the meeting, there will be Wikimedia Asia Month as usual.
We're also trying to do a Wikimedia Asia regional conference, likely in
Indonesia. The various organisers will get make announcements on this
mailing list in due course.
