I was not in the list, but now I have subscribed (thanks to Ragib bhai for the poke) and it is awaiting for moderators approval at the moment. According to the ChapCom Wikimedia Bangladesh is an existing chapter [1], but not yet established (board approval I mean). Hope we will get that real soon. :D
