PS: So yes, there is also this year a centralized approach. If you provide the information on the Commons page, a banner will be created and will start when your contest starts locally.

Four our Wiki Loves Monuments contests Central Notice banners were a very important way to advertise out contest.
When looking for WLE banners coordination page, I found only one for last years edition. Well there be a centralized approach to this or should I work on this myself?
