I'm developing a new tool for graph of WLE and WLM in Tool Labs: http://tools.wmflabs.org/wikiloves
The tool uses a module in Commons https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Module:WL_data to know what countries are in each event and the campaign period of each country. It is not configured for WLE 2016 yet, I will make it in the next days (if someone want to help, feel free to edit the module).
I had plans to make functions for voting on images and for show images locations in map, but I didn't have time to develop these functions before WLE 2016.
