I would also suggest allowing participants use not just CC BY-SA but also CC BY and CC 0, with defaulting to the former one, if you do not already do it.
I believe it should be up to participants how much of their rights they want to keep.

Hi all,
As on Commons CC-by-sa-4.0 is for some time the default license template (instead of 3.0), all the UploadWizards of all the areas in Wiki Loves Earth have now been updated.
If you have mentioned 3.0 in your documentation or website, please change this now to 4.0. (However, I would not recommend the version at all.)
