per https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57128 I have submitted a patch that changes the api module prefix of ApiQueryAllCampaigns from 'uc' to 'uwc', as 'uc' is already used by user contributions. Please note that this change is a breaking API change and it does not implement backwards compability.
