The URL in your address bar will be something like http://irsrv2.cs.biu.ac.il/something/index.php?action=edit&title=Main_Pa... . Replace 'index.php' with 'api.php' in this URL, and remove everything after the question mark.
I can't find out for you because your wiki is password-protected.
