1.26wmf22 deployment update - EE

      Over the next few days, 1.26wmf22 will be deployed to WMF wiks. We have a
number of exciting new things coming in this deployment:
- The notifications flyout at the top right of every page has been split
   into two flyouts https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T108190.
   Notifications from Flow pages and from your user talk page
   https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T108760 are put in the "messages"
   flyout, whereas other notifications are put in the "alerts" flyout. This
   change was also announced earlier on the Wikitech Ambassadors

   list and on Tech News https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/News/2015/37.

   - Topic headers in Flow are now less tall and use a smaller font
   https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T108263. The mark as resolved (check
   mark) icon in these headers is now better aligned and is correctly
   positioned in right-to-left languages.
   - The warning shown when posting as an anonymous user has been redesigned
   https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T110086.
   - When writing or editing posts, the cancel button now actually deletes
   the text you wrote, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T109365 and warns
   you before doing so https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T111115.
   - Editing existing Flow posts now uses
   https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T109000 the new editor system
   https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/220665/ introduced in wmf19
   https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/ee/2015-August/001539.html.
   - The Topic namespace is now translated

wmf22 will be rolled out according to the standard deployment schedule:
