I just created my first article in a long time on enwp. And after just a few minutes I got a notfication that it had been reviewed (Yay!). That is a very positive message, and I then realized it is not enabled on svwp.
Is there a reason for holding back on that or is it just a slip?

I believe the notification is triggered from PageCuration Echo notification. PageCuration is currently only enabled on enwiki because it's designed specifically to support all the different deletion process in enwiki. It's not yet ready for other wikis till we make it more wiki customizable

One solution could be to write a notification for the page patrolling actions in core?

Currently, Patrolled edits is already handled, but is indistinguishable from PageCuration within Echo. https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57517 (Notifications for "page patrolled" are marked and linked identically to "page reviewed")
