Hi Benoît,
It looks like translation is 100% complete in French, so we plan to deploy
to French Wikipedia tomorrow. :)
For now the only tour that will be of use is the test tour, which shows
you how it works. However, we'd be happy to work with you or anyone else to
develop a tour locally on frwiki.
