I don't following the inbox metaphor is precisely what we're talking about
here anyway, so let's not go down that rat hole. All I know is that having
a dismiss action on an individual notification in the flyout jump straight
to a preferences change defies best practices and definitely my own
expectations, after having used the feature a bit.
