i'd love to attend however i can not guarantee as my schedule is
unpredictable and i wouldnt want to commit myself.however i think making a
presentation about wmke offline project should give us some publicity.IMO,I
think we need it.

When Asaf was here, he got to speak to the organizers and we are welcome
to give a
talk at the conference. In line with this year's theme for the
conference: 'ICT for Development: People, Policy and Practice ' Asaf's
suggestion:
" I would suggest using one of my talks as a basis, and expanding the
section on offline work at the expense of general Wikipedia culture
(NPOV, reliability, etc.). I.e. make this a presentation about
Wikimedia Kenya's offline project rather than about Wikipedia."
I can look into getting complementary tickets for the conference for a
couple of
guys who'll be Wikimedia's presence here.
