The 12th annual Strathmore ICT Conference is on next week (2 - 3 September):

Asaf was here, he got to speak to the organizers and we are welcome to give a
talk at the conference. In line with this year's theme for the conference: 'ICT for Development: People, Policy and Practice '
Asaf's suggestion:
" I would suggest using one of my talks as a basis, and
expanding the section on offline work at the expense of general Wikipedia
culture (NPOV, reliability, etc.). I.e. make this a presentation about
Wikimedia
I can look into getting complementary tickets for the conference for a couple
of guys who'll be Wikimedia's presence here.
