When Asaf was here, he got to speak to the organizers and we are welcome to give a talk at the conference. In line with this year's theme for the conference: 'ICT for Development: People, Policy and Practice ' Asaf's suggestion:

" I would suggest using one of my talks as a basis, and expanding the section on offline work at the expense of general Wikipedia culture (NPOV, reliability, etc.).  I.e. make this a presentation about Wikimedia Kenya's offline project rather than about Wikipedia."
