Hi all,
I've received a request from Translators without Borders (a non-profit that does pro bono translations for relief organisations) to assist them in training their pool of translators on some basic (Swahili/English) Wikipedia editing at their Translation Centre here in Nairobi. Anyone interested in joining me? More details (e.g. date) to follow soon.
Thanks,
Abbas.
hi
here page edits per month and country:
http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikimedia/squids/SquidReportPageEditsPerCountryO…
for Africa:
15'000 Egypt
10'000 south Africa
6'000 algeria
5'000 marocco
3'000 tunesia
2'000 kenya
1'000 angola
1'000 ghana
I am wondering how these numbers should be read. How many real edits does
it mean?
