[Wikimediaus-l] Great American Wiknic 2018 - July/August focus

Hi fellow Wiki-Americans,

I'd like to invite you to participate in the 2018 edition of the Great American Wikinic, otherwise known as the "picnic anyone can edit".

For this year, New York City is planning its Wiknic on July 29 at Prospect Park, and perhaps some folks would also like to hold theirs on the July 28/29 weekend, or within a week or two of that, whatever suits you locally.

It would be great if we could get a few regional events going and promote them nationally by banner and other means!
