ratification process for the enforcement guidelines for the Universal Code
of Conduct. This is the message that we would like for you to pass on:

Conduct(UCoC) Enforcement Guidelines is starting next week, from March
7-21. As valued members of the Wikimedia movement, your voice and views
matter, and representation of the global community in the upcoming vote is
necessary.
