Thank you! I have forwarded the invitation, and an additional email I copied you both on, to the Washington DC Wikipedia mailing list. I live in California now, but I do hope that folks will be able to attend.

I also page protected (so only system admins like myself can edit it) his user page, but left his user talk page accessible so people can leave memories and comments.

Thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry for this great loss at your organization. Larry made great contributions regarding environmental sciences, and other sciences, on Wikipedia. Wikipedia provides that unique platform for contributors by serving as public memorial of knowledge regarding their contributions. His contributions will last forever!
