I think when James refer to "non-members", he meant those individuals on the mailing list who cannot join WMC because they're not Canadians.

I am at present composing an email to various members of the staff, to try and get the mailing list cracked open. I expect to have more effect with my contact.
Non-members creating drama? Perhaps the reason we non-members don't become members is because there's no definitive purpose to this organization yet. I don't see anything to convince me this organization is going anywhere useful. I'll leave it at that.
