I asked a Wikipedian of my acquaintance, who responded:
To be interviewed in a documentary?
Although I am female and Canadian, and both my Wikipedia accounts remain live, I too am only minimally active at this point...
I think Wikipedia is fabulous, but a big part of why I am not more involved is that Wikipedia has not taken a stand on the notability deletionists. So long as some yo-yo can decide to delete factual content I care enough to post to Wikipedia because it isn't important enough to him, I simply don't have the time to be more active. My time and energy is finite, so spending it to fight the ridiculous idea of "notability" (which is subjective at best) is impractical. I have too many other fights where I my work may make a difference and might even be valued.
You know me, if the documentarian got me relaxed enough to actually talk, I would say what I think, and I don't know that I want to say anything negative about wikipedia that publicly.

Hi,
Are there any Wikipedians that fill all of the below requirements?
- female
- active
- Canadian
A documentarian is wanting to include a Wikipedian or two, but all the other .orgs are providing male reps, they're wanting us to balance things out. They're presuming to settle for an active American female, but if we can offer CanCon, that would be awesome.
I found one Wikipedian in Mississauga, who's only somewhat active, otherwise all of the people who expressed interest in Wikimedia Canada when the idea was first pitched in 2007 are all either dead, inactive, or outright don't have accounts on any Wikimedia projects, at least under the usernames that they signed up under.
Thanks, Nick
