Dear Enterprisey and Phoebe,
[MIT's room reservation
process](https://registrar.mit.edu/classrooms/reserving-classroom)is kind of confusing; I
think the event may need to be reserved due to the presence of non-MIT people, and also
because the classrooms are usually busy during the weekdays. (I have tentatively submitted
a request
onclassrooms.mit.edu, though I might not be doing this right.)
I think6:30 - 9:30pm on Tuesday, September 12will work for me and Enterprisey. However,
upon reviewing my putative schedule, I've found I'm not as free on Tuesdays as I
would like, which could interfere with me attending meetups during normal class hours.
Again, I hope to see all of you in the flesh soon.
Sincerely,
duck_master

Excellent, thank you! Ground floor on Stata would be
nice if possible (close to a door so we can let people in would also be nice), and no
earlier than 6:30 PM would work best for me. I don't know if duck_master is currently
reserving a room, but we can give duck_master another day or so and then after that, if
there's no response, it would be great if you could reserve it.
Thanks again!

classroom or the library classroom in building 14 (which requires me to be present) for
you. There's a few other library spots too. 9/12 is fine; let me know what time you
would like.

propose a specific day, I propose Tuesday, September 12.)
