1. Wikipedia Anniversary Celebration (Boston) :As per our last Dec-2016 meet-up
discussion, we are planning to host Wikipedia Anniversary Celebration event on
Saturday, 14th January.Last year celebration eventwas a success, and we are
planning to continue the tradition. We will share details soon.
2. Wikipedia Anniversary Celebration (New York) :TheWikipedia Day 16th Birthday
Bash NYC is a celebration and mini-conference to be held on Sunday, January 15,
2017, hosted by Wikimedia New York City at theAce Hotel in Manhattan.
3. Wikimedia Conference (Germany) and report writing:The New England
Wikimedians
user group is eligible to send a representative to the 2017 Wikimedia
Conference taking place from31 March to 2 April 2017 in Berlin,Germany.We also
need to update our user group report. I have updated previous 2014/2015 reports
and 2016 report is pending. Anyone interested in helping me to write 2016
report? Also, anyone interested in representing our group at next Germany
conference?

Building 4, Room 251. Our theme is "Women in Politics!"

joining library staff and writing instructors in editing Wikipedia to
improve content about underrepresented history in the field of
politics. As always, beginners welcome! We'll provide training for new
