This site (www.bengaliwiki.com) is not affiliated with Wikimedia foundation of anyone that I know. I believe they are just domain squatters trying to cash in the similarity of the name with Wikipedia. The intent seems to be to make money by means of the Google Adsense ads prominently displayed in every page of the site.

I did notice a lot of content there that appears to be pasted from Wikipedia, but without any acknowledgments or any mention of source. Not only that, they seem to plagiarize content from a variety of other places as well.
