Can anyone tell us, what was the selection procedure followed, to select the member of executive committee. Have we missed the discussion of forming of the committee in this mailing list?

We have formally submitted a draft of proposed memorandum of Wikimedia Bangladesh to the Chapter committee & they are reviewing it. Members of the chapter committee & other interested people from different existing chapters are subscribing to wikimedia-bd mailing list for this purpose. Hence, we initiated this thread in English for easier understanding of those who don't know Bangla.
Hope every one is clear regarding the language of this thread. Inviting all to participate actively in this discussion.
