Ok, status on the globe coordinate issues: We have 3 patches merged into master: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/67257 https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/67967 https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/67966 They are supposed to solve the following issues: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49415 https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49386 and probably some more flaws not covered by the bug descriptions. I am about to backport them to mwf6 so they can be deployed whenever possible. We should also let volunteers/community know that they should not invest much time into fixing the frontend coordinate parser as it will be completely removed and replaced by the backend solution.
