Are you referring to the USA? After searching in Google Shopping I found
that the current flagship devices from Series 40 are actually available
through many US distributors of unlocked devices. The thing is that
those channels seem to be popular basically among foreigners, lo-fi
mobile users and those not so well received by carrier contracts.
