The "verp probes" feature is now enabled.
Additionally, all messages with a spam score of >=6.0 are now globally
discarded. This was previously enabled in Mailman2 but got missed in the
migration, thanks to MarcoAurelio for noticing.
At this point if you're still having issues with bounce processing and
people getting unsubscribed, please let us know. I'd like to think we've
closed most of the holes but could've easily missed something.
