It's definitely something about the upgrade, the new Mailman3 bounce processor is better in many regards, it processes bounce messages that MM2 missed/skipped/ignored...and it's also somewhat buggy, crashes, slow, etc.

I'll make a note to send an email to hotmail once I'm back from vacation.
In any case, I disabled bounce processing for CU-l for now.
This is a great idea, I feel silly for not thinking about it earlier. For private lists like CU-l where the subscriber list is carefully managed, bounce processing doesn't provide *that* much benefit vs unsubscribing people who really need to be on the list.
