Hi everyone,
The founding members of The Wikipedia Library User Group would like to host a series of Google Hangouts on Air to share what we have been doing as well as to get input on future directions. We'd like to do the first of these later this month. As usual, scheduling so that we accommodate a range of schedules is challenging so we are proposing two times (the date is not yet fixed but will likely be a weekday).
22:00 UTC which is 6 pm Pacific / 9 pm Eastern / 11 pm London / 8 am Sydney / 1 am Tel Aviv ) and 14:00 UTC which is 7 am Pacific / 10 am Eastern / 3 pm London / 9 pm Syndey / 2 pm Tel Aviv)
Please let us know what you think of this -- I'm trying to balance times that would be after work with times that people (including me!) will simply be awake and can participate. We hope to repeat these periodically to promote engagement and connections so I'm sure we will evolve!
Thank you!

I'm up for this.
Your first proposal has a window of 6pm though to 1am; the second 7am to 2pm. I think the latter is more reasonable.

Hi,
The latter happens to be more comfortable for me in India.
Also, why don't you take responses on Doodle https://doodle.com/dashboard .

Hi everyone, just to clarify, the group would like to host at BOTH times (so essentially repeat the session).

I think this is a great idea! 8 pm CST may be better for me than 9 am CST, but it depends on the day. If people are good with the time slots then I recommend sending out a Doodle poll so that we can get something scheduled—my calendar (and probably the calendars of all of my librarian colleagues on this list) fills up very fast!

10am Eastern Time is as good a time as any for me. Depends on which day exactly, but I'll try to be there.
