Dear Wik-o's,
Would you, or do you know anyone that would, like to present a "Wikipedia Loves Libraries" event at OCLC's exclusive Regional Council Conference in Strasbourgon 26th and 27th of February 2013? With a 200 senior Librarians in attendance, this exposure is a good career opportunity. You will give a presentation of your choosing and run discussions. There is also the opportunity to present a poster if you'd like instead.
Keynote speakers will be JB Michel and/or Erex Liberman Aiden who created the Google Ngram viewer.
Conference attendance is paid. French-speaker is preferred.

HI Max, I don't think I'm the right person for this (not French-speaker and not a proper Wikipedian neither), but I could be able to do it, if needed. Please evaluate all the other candidates first :-)

It sounds interesting. I've just wrote a bunch of papers about why wikipedia concerns to cultural institutions (in spanish). I could prepare english slides and present the topic in an interesting way to librarians. I've worked in the regional library system of Murcia, teached for many years in the Library and Information Studies Faculty and I'm a wikipedian involved in the Wikimedia Spanish Chapter.
Search for a better wikipedian-librarian and if you don't find the right one, here I am.
